Sports Nights


Every few weeks, 534 takes a break from our regular Monday training nights and holds a sports night. No uniforms, no classes, just a good night of sports and games. Activities include basketball, floor hocket, fitness training, and squadron-wide dodgeball! Of course, those aren't the only things we do, but if you want to know what you'll have to come on out!

Once or twice a year we will also do fitness testing on the sports night. Cadets will push themselves against the cadet standard in doing pushups, situps, long jump, endurance running, and sprinting. This gives them the chance to earn their fitness badge, ranking from Bronze to Excellence.
